Reality Bites: Celebrity Masterchef Line Up 9 of 18

Eamon Sullivan (24 years old - WA)- swimmer - did home Economics at High School... hope that's not the extend of his cooking expertise!

Anna Bligh ( 49 years old - Qld) Current Queensland State Premier and descendant of Governor William Bligh - the fourth Governor of New South Wales. I am sure she's eaten at her fair share of great restaurants - and also Mother of two boys... should know her way around a kitchen..

Peter FitzSimons - (48 years - NSW) Ex-Wallabies Player, columnist, radio presenter and hubby of Lisa Wilkinson - Dad of three.. I have a feeling that he might have surprises in store...

Kathleen de Leon Jones -(32 years - NSW) Original Hi-5 Member, Mum of one and wife of Savage Garden duo member, Daniel Jones. Although she was born in Malaysia, she moved here when she was still an infant, but I'm sure she's got some family recipes to share.. the 'Celebrity Poh'?

Alex Perry - (cleverly hides his age online and with botox - NSW) 'Expensive' Fashion Designer-Diva - oh good lord - I love this choice. This will be funny but may prove also interesting as he is from Greek stock...

Michelle Bridges - (39 years- NSW) Wonder how much fat will be in her cooking? Michelle, Australias' answer to Jillian Michaels hold a degree in Nutrition.

Indira Naidoo - (41 years - NSW) Journalist, Consumer Activist, Consultant to the UN - I am SURE I'll learn something from her

George Negus - (67 years - NSW) Journalist, author, tv presenter, Dad of two. Has travelled the world extensively, should prove interesting.

Rachael Finch (21 years - Qld) Current Miss Australia and finalist 2009 Miss Universe, what's the bet Eamon Sullivan has a crack? Click here for her blog

So there's a bit of a cultural melting pot so far - a good cross-section of Australians - look forward to the last ten being announced.
