Vege garden update - Week 12

Yes, we're still doing it! It's still alive!

I haven't updated lately mainly because not much has been happening and last week with the absence of camera made it near impossible to document it properly!

Now our cauliflower - I'm not sure if it's meant to look like this - I haven't got around to covering the flower with the leaf - I'm going to have to look up and see if I've lost hem.

Broccolis are heading!
Cabbage patch going great guns!
Here is the beans, carrots and wombok

Up close of the beans - almost ready for harvest!Carrots, we pulled one today, still teeny but taste super sweet. Won't be long and we'll be pulling them out to thin them out so the others can grow big and fat. These are the peas - we'll be eating these next weekend! Hoorah!
Here's the Cos lettuce, leeks and beetroot... going well!
Look at from east to west..

We're on a pretty big block. 1184 squares :) Great news about the pumpkins - I made the scrolls again this arvo - strawberry jam (my homemade one too) and dessicated coconut were YUMMO. In the freezer for snacks for little ladies and hubby this week. How did yours turn out?

Your patch looks great! The cold really seems to have stunted our little vegie garden - our lettuce are looking pretty dismal. Have a great week.
