You asked for it.. some variations

Waaay back when I was approaching my 100th recipe here a comment was made that the rockin' scrolls were a big hit, (and yes, I still make them at least once a month!) but some more variations would be fun!

Here's the original:  Apple and Cinnamon, Ham, Cheese and Mayo, Cheesymite
Here's the Sweet Tooth issue:  Choc-Hazelnut, Caramel Pecan, Strawberry Coconut

And here, is the Savoury issue:
Cheese and Herb:  Tasty and Reggiano cheese, freshly chopped chives, parsley and thyme

Bacon, basil, grated Reggiano and cherry tomatoes

Garlic and Rosemary - I grated 1 clove of garlic, and spread over the dough, then sprinkled tasty cheese and leaves from 1 sprig rosemary.

(finished product at top of post!)

You have just given me inspiration for so many new and improved school lunchbox ideas! Obviously, with my daughter's tastes, I'll be making a chorizo, haloumi and olive version...
