Taking time to smell the...

Jasmine!

Our Jasmine which sits on the railing of our deck right near the back of the house/kitchen/back door is pungent at the moment... it's heavenly. When Dougall arrived on the scene, he ate a lot of Jasmine (weird dog!) over the winter, so it's lovely to see it spring back and in full bloom.  It wafts through the back door on a breezy night... lovely.  It's also right by us at the outdoor table where I like to have a drink, read the paper or a book and take in the Jasmine.  Perfect.

mmm... it smells devine! This is what we planted up the side of the house a couple of years ago, and what the trellis is for!
