SnapHappySaturday: Fence painting

How cool is this?  It's a panel of PVC with eyelets, velcro to hold onto a fence for painting - it has elastic at top to peg paper onto and elastic loops at centre to hold paint jars.  I am trying to track one down as it's a brilliant idea no?  I think it costs about $120.00 - could make one?

You could totally make that!

An old tarpaulin and some pegs to hold on the paper (pegs inserted into some slits cut in the tarp and reinforced with some stitching?) - as for attaching the paint-filled cups... that may be a little trickier. Some more slots cut in the tarp and reinforced with stitching (perhaps not necessary if strong tarp) and some lengths of velcro stitched together so that there is "fluffy" at one end and "hooky" at the other?

Those are just my initial thoughts! I'm sure you could come up with some fab ways of making it for way cheaper than $120 though, and with stuff you probably already have at home! If anyone can do it you can!
