Something didn't look right to a neighbour who saw a man with a big TV, riding a bike on an Ohio street. So the neighbor snapped a picture and gave it to police.
Police agreed. They arrested Joshua Nuckles, 23, on Thursday, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Knuckles was charged with three counts of burglary and two counts of breaking and entering.
