I made this for the frills for breakfast the other day - cute huh? Just used a large cookie cutter to cut out the bread, put the crust on a buttered pan for about 1 minute, turn over then crack an egg into it! Voila.

Love it, Liss. We do this lots and lots - either with a circle (vegemite glass!!!!) or love heart cookie cutter - in the electric f pan. A favourite for midweek lunch for the twins. Such an easy way to cook eggs. x

My hubby did that for my birthday this year :) he even put some orange marmalade through ginger breadman cookie cutter to make a cute presentation of jam for me on my plate :)
